The most healthy desserts by Grecian taste

The most healthy cake by Grecian taste and dedicated to my little one eating without fear, without eggs, butter, sugar with vegetables and fruits and raisins, liquid and delicious as it goes


    • 2 zucchini
    • 3 carrots
    • 1 green apple
    • 1/2 cup of raisins @leon_fine_foods
    • 1 tbsp. of powder lemon 4G
    • 1/4 cup of water
    • 1/2 cup of honey or coconut sugar or both if you want it very very sweet
      • 3 cups of flour
        • 1 cups of olive oil
        • 3 tbsp. of. baking powder
        • 1 tbsp. of baking soda
        • 1 tbsp. of cinnamon

Μέθοδος εκτέλεσης

Step 1

– Grate the carrots, apple and zucchini on the grater. Squeeze them, add the cinnamon, cloves and raisins, stir and you need 3 cups of them.

Step 2

– In a bowl, add the olive oil together with the honey or coconut sugar or both together and mix with an egg beater until they melt.Dissolve the baking soda and powder lemon 4G in the glass of water and add this in the liquid mixture.

Step 3

Add the vegetable mixture and stir.

Step 4

– Finally add the flour mixed with the baking powder and mix all by hand. The dough will not be as watery as the classic cakes but almost as tight as dough.

Step 5

Add the mixture to an oiled baking form and bake for 1 hour at 180 C.
I serve my cake with powdered sugar .. if you want to get rid of the sugar completely you can sprinkle some grated coconut. It’s so delicious and healthy and I suggest you to try it! Enjoy!.
