Fresh salad with dried apple 4G

For a balanced and proper diet, fruits and vegetables should be included in our daily schedule. Incorporating salad into our daily diet is one of the healthiest and smartest habits we can establish.


  • 2-3 sheets of iceberg
  • 2-3 lettuce leaves
  • 2-3 leaf lobes (green or red)
  • 2-3 leaves of arugula
  • 2-3 sheets of spinach
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 2 cup dried apples 4G
  • 2 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar
  • 1 cup toasted pecan halves
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1,2 tablespoons sea salt

We wash and dry our vegetables very well. Cut them into chunks with our hands and put them in a deep bowl.
