Beans vinegar salad by Grecian Taste
Beans are a great source of protein for those who follow the vegan diet. Bean salad is one recipe of Grecian Tastes favorites because your mother has been making it for years and it perfectly fits in your fasting table.
Ingredients
- 500 g small whites beans
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 70 g dried Kalamata olives sliced 4G
- 1/3 bunch chopped dill
dressing:
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- vinegar ( as much as i want)
- 1 kg of salt

mode of production
STEP 1
BEANS: Soak in water in previous night. Boil until soft.
STEP 2
SALAD: Mix all the salad ingredients well.
STEP 3
DRESSING: Mix all the ingredients and pour on top of your salad.
STEP 4
Salad is ready. It can be eaten hot but i prefer to put in the fridge for a few hours to combine the flavors and then enjoy it!
